A small 2D platformer across a hazy city skyline. Run, double-jump, and gather cloud coins through three levels, right in your browser.

Hazy Skyline is a side-scrolling platformer: guide a small sky sprite across rooftops and drifting clouds, collect cloud coins, light checkpoint lanterns, and reach the flag at the end of each of its three levels.

Level 1

Morning Haze

Easy rooftops at sunrise. Learn the double jump.

How to play

  • Run: left and right arrow keys, or A and D.
  • Jump: up arrow, W, or Space. Hold it for a higher jump, tap it for a hop.
  • Double-jump: press jump again while you're in the air.
  • Pause: P or Escape. Restart the level: R.
  • Sound: M or the Mute button turns the sound effects off and on.
  • On a touchscreen, use the on-screen buttons under the game.

Collect the cloud coins, light the lanterns along the way (they're checkpoints — fall into the haze and you'll float back to the last one you lit), and touch the flag to finish the level. Birds, chimney smoke and falling haze will knock you out, so watch their timing. Chimney smoke thickens just before it puffs.

Three levels, one skyline

  • Morning Haze: Easy rooftops at sunrise. Learn the double jump.
  • Cloudline Drift: Hop across drifting clouds and time the chimney smoke.
  • Dusk Skyline: The city lights up. Birds, falling haze, and quick clouds.

Finishing a level unlocks the next, and you can share a result card with your time and clouds. Your best time and cloud count for each level, and whether sound is on, are saved in this browser only. There's no account and nothing is sent anywhere.
